Our expert team of coaches and trainers will be there to make sure you’re safe and will encourage you to take breaks as you need them.

I was picked up from the airport and driven to the hotel. The hotel was luxurious and the food that is served there was fantastic. Included in the price was enough for me to get 2 full meals at the hotel each day, the food there was tailored to people who are there for fitness (but they also have all sorts of other things if you feel like having a cheat meal), everything I tried was delicious.

No. Even if you have never entered a gym or joined a fitness class, we have a wide selection of beginner workouts and activities that match your comfort level.
Everyone’s results vary depending on a variety of factors, including current body weight, activity, diet, and more. If your goal is to lose weight, we highly recommend choosing the Thailand Body Transformation package. This package is designed for long lasting changes. For our other retreats, it is more of an opportunity to have fun on holiday, meet like minded people but still keep fit and active. Our hosts and coaches are always on hand to advise you on the best strategy to take for achieving results.
Yes! Most of the guests are solo travelers. From years of running these retreats we have found the most growth happens when you arrive on your own.
Our schedules are designed to push you as hard or as little as you want. We are not a bootcamp so we do not force you to attend any classes. We have included a sample schedule for all our retreats but this is more of a guide for you to follow. Your host is always on hand if you have any questions.
