Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation using the website (www.befitreat.com), you (the “User”) hereby acknowledge that an agreement has been entered into between you and BeFitreat Management Services LLC (“BeFitreat”). By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Physical Condition, Medical Background, and Age
  • Physical Condition: The User declares that they are physically and mentally fit to engage in exercise, fitness, and nutrition programs. The User must inform BeFitreat and Tiger Muay Thai (the instructors, consultants, and related staff) of any condition or risk that may affect their ability to participate in any program before it begins. If there is any doubt, the User should consult with a medical professional before making a reservation.
  • Injury: In case of injury, the User cannot request BeFitreat (including trainers or other staff) to alter the content of any group classes. The User is only permitted to participate in classes they can physically manage concerning any ‘minor’ injuries, without disturbing the class. The User must inform the trainer of any injuries.
  • Age: All ages are welcome. However, Users under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) who is also a BeFitreat guest. Note that children under 16 may not be able to participate in group exercise classes, subject to the consent of our partner gym.
  1. Damage, Personal Injury, and Personal Items

BeFitreat is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property on or off the BeFitreat premises, whether stored or not. This includes, but is not limited to, suitcases, electrical items, cash, or other belongings. Users agree to take appropriate precautions to avoid such loss or damage. In the event of such incidents, Users release BeFitreat from all claims, actions, expenses, and demands arising from or in connection with their stay at BeFitreat.

  1. Class Reservations

No reservations are required for joining a class when booking with BeFitreat or Tiger Muay Thai unless stated otherwise on the timetable.

  1. Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 12 pm (noon). Early check-in is subject to availability. Alternatively, Users may leave their bags in storage until their room is ready. For late check-out requests, please speak to the reception the day before your departure to see if this can be accommodated.

  1. Cancellation, Changes, and Refund Policy

BeFitreat understands that circumstances may arise which necessitate changes or cancellations, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible by emailing info@befitreat.com.

To make a booking with BeFitreat, a deposit of at least 25% is required to secure your spot. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation:
    • 4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of your full payment will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
    • Less than 4 weeks before arrival: No refund is applicable.
  • Changes:
    • 4 weeks prior to arrival: Changes can be made free of charge, subject to availability.
    • Less than 4 weeks before arrival: A $200 fee will apply. Changes are dependent on availability, so please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates for training and accommodation.
  1. Insurance

As our programs include physical exercise, (minor) contact sports, and nutrition regimes, every guest is required to purchase personal medical and accident insurance before enrolling in a program.

  1. Transportation
  • Thailand Packages: Include complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off at Phuket International Airport. Please provide your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange the transfer. Failure to do so may result in no driver being available. For departure, please notify the accommodation reception 24 hours in advance of your desired transfer time to the airport.
  • Dubai Packages: Transportation is not included. Taxis are easily available in the UAE. Once booked, you will receive step-by-step guidance on all necessary information.
  • Egypt Packages: Only pick-up transportation is included. Taxis are easily available in Egypt, and you can book a taxi or Uber from your hotel.
  1. Special Rates and Promotions

Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated. If you have a promo code, it will be applied to the list price on the booking page.

  1. Photography and Social Media

BeFitreat occasionally takes photographs and videos of our guests for marketing purposes. We will always ask for your consent before doing so.

  1. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive and transformative experience for all guests, we kindly ask that all guests adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

  1. Non-Refundable Policy: Guests cannot request a refund once the retreat has commenced to maintain the integrity and quality of the experience for all participants.
  2. No Early Departure Refunds: No partial or full refund will be provided if a guest chooses to leave the retreat early. Guests are encouraged to commit to the full duration of the retreat for maximum benefit.
  3. Package Items Change Policy: Changes to retreat package items are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made on rare occasions and only for valid reasons, as determined by our team.
  4. Non-Transferable Services: Guests may not transfer services (e.g., massages, Muay Thai sessions, body composition tests, personal training sessions, ice baths) to other guests. Each service is personalized and non-exchangeable.
  5. Expiration of Unused Services: Any services or items included in your package that are not used by the end of the retreat will expire. Unused services cannot be carried over or extended beyond your stay.
  6. Non-Redemption for Money or Other Services: Unused services or items cannot be redeemed for money or other services. The package is designed to be experienced in full as originally intended.
  7. No Refunds for Dislike of Products or Services: Not liking a product or service does not qualify for a refund. We encourage open communication and will strive to address any concerns within the bounds of our policy.
  8. Pre-Retreat Requests: Any special requests or adjustments should be communicated before the retreat begins. We aim to accommodate requests made in advance as much as possible.
  9. Health and Safety: Guests must inform our team of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their participation in retreat activities. While we take all reasonable precautions, the ultimate responsibility lies with the guest.
  10. Respect and Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in termination of the retreat experience without a refund.
  11. Personal Responsibility: Guests participate in activities at their own risk. BeFitreat is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the retreat. Guests must follow safety guidelines provided for all activities.
  12. Confidentiality and Privacy: Guests agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of fellow retreat participants. Sharing personal stories or experiences of others without consent is strictly prohibited.
  1. Changes to Services and Terms and Conditions

BeFitreat reserves the right to make changes to services and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
