Welcome to our fitness retreats, where personal transformation is our mission.

Our newest location El Gouna, Egypt’s stunning jewel of the Red Sea. Join us on our Fitness or Body Transformation retreat package whilst soaking up the natural beauty, lagoons and desert that Egypt has to offer.

Stay for 7 nights up to 8 weeks until 8th December with options for personalised nutrition plans and Personal Training dependent on your goals, time and budget.

Our packages are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities so whether you’re a beginner or you already have a good level of fitness, we have options to cater to your personal needs and goals.

Fitness & Training

At BeFitreat Egypt, you’ll have access to 2-3 diverse classes daily, including Yoga, Aqua Stretch & Mobility, Strength & Conditioning, and Boxing HIIT. Classes are located just a short 12-minute walk from the accommodation, with Yoga sessions conveniently on-site. Additionally, personal training (PT) sessions are also on-site, ensuring easy access to one-on-one support to enhance your fitness journey.

All our guests have access to a full schedule of fitness classes which take place at various locations close to your hotel.

The schedule offers 2-3 classes per day with plenty of time for rest, relaxation and the opportunity to explore the beauty of El Gouna’s surrounds.

Guests are encouraged to attend all classes with some like Run Club being optional. The coaches will also adapt classes based on your ability and experience so everyone can enjoy and take part.

Guests on our Body Transformation package will receive x2 weekly Personal Training sessions included. You will be assigned a Coach who will support and guide you throughout your stay on BeFitreat.

Your coach will also create your personalised Macro Nutrition Plan based on your goals, your dietary preferences and activity levels during our retreat.

In addition you will be invited to attend a weekly check-in with your coach to measure progress and make any necessary changes to your personalised nutrition plan.

Additional Personal Training sessions can also be added at an extra charge.

We’ve partnered with Nicole’s Greenhouse to offer an incredible variety of plant-based, healthy, and delicious meals, smoothies, and juices on our Body Transformation retreat. You’ll receive a personalized meal plan tailored to your needs, with three meals, a shake, and possibly a snack included based on your plan. If you select our Fitness Package you will be able to choose your own food off the menu as part of your Half Board stay. The menu is vegetarian with the option to supplement with a carnivore diet at an additional cost.
