Training & Workouts

Sunrise & Sunset Yoga

Our experienced yogis offer sessions which include strength, flexibility and also mobility. Suitable for all levels.

Beach HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) involves short, intense workouts. The body weight exercises are in short bursts, followed by a period of rest. We make these classes fun and they are for all levels. Some of the health benefits are burning a lot of calories in a short period of time, improving oxygen consumption and losing fat. It can also reduce heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar.

Strength & Conditioning

Our experienced coaches will put you through your paces whilst still ensuring you are having fun all along. They will focus on the strength aspect and finish off with a short conditioning session that is sure to make you SWEAT.

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing)

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is an ancient Thai style combat sport that uses both your upper and lower limbs. Our coach will teach you the basics of Muay Thai, followed by practice of the combos with your teammates. You will end your workout with a short burst that’ll get your heart pumping as you enjoy punching all your stresses away.

Animal Flow

The Animal Flow program is a slower session that requires concentration and a lot of core strength. It’s ground-based and features animal-style movements, encouraging core stability and strength, joint strength, and body awareness — all without any fitness equipment.

What Will You Be Eating?

Every element of our fitness retreats is well thought out and dedicated to getting the most out of your experience.

We offer a full menu (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner) that are made fresh and according to your health goals. With plenty of delicious options available, you can indulge to your heart’s content and fuel your entire stay while steering clear of any dietary or allergy restrictions you may have.

In the beginning, our coaches and nutrition specialists will guide you on the best meal choices for you, depending on the results you are looking to achieve.

What Happens After You Book?

As soon as you book, you will be allocated a host who will guide you through the whole process and be with you every step of the way.

Your host will contact you a few weeks before your arrival to answer any questions you may have pre-departure. They will also fully prepare you to get the most out of your holiday. Your host will greet you after checking into your hotel and will conduct a tour of the facilities.

After guiding you through the different classes and timetables, your host will make sure you know what to expect for your perfect fitness holiday. They will also help you with arrival and departure arrangements as well as activities and excursions best suited to your schedule, and will be on hand to assist with anything you need.

    Do I need workout/fitness experience to join a BeFitreat?

    BeFitreat caters to anyone. If you have never entered a gym, joined a fitness class or done any physical activity we still have a package for you
    Can I come on my own? Yes! Most of the guests are solo travelers. From years of running these retreats we have found the most growth happens when you arrive on your own.

    What’s the weather like in Dubai?

    BeFitreat runs retreats in Dubai from October – May. The weather is warm and breezy as we are located on the Palm. Weather in Dubai is between 20-35 degrees Celsius during those months.

    Where is BeFitreat Dubai located and which airport do we fly into?

    The best airport to fly into is Dubai International Airport. Our retreats typically take place on the Palm – a beautiful island in the heart of Dubai. We do NOT provide airport pick up and drop off but Dubai RTA taxis (yellow taxis) are a popular and safe choice from the airport and around Dubai in general.

    Do we have time to go see Dubai and visit popular destinations?

    BeFitreat organizes many excursions like UAE Hiking, desert safari, and visits to the fountains and malls. If you would like to explore more, please reach out to your host and she/he will help you organize whatever you want.
