At BeFitreat, we’ve created options to suit every budget and comfort level. Whether you’re looking for a social hub or a private hideaway.

Cocoville is our most popular choice and the heart of BeFitreat life. It’s where you’ll find two pools, a co-working space, on-site café, and laundry facilities. Plus it’s home to most of our guests, so it’s the perfect place to connect and unwind between sessions.

Signature offers a slightly more budget-friendly stay while still being conveniently connected to Cocoville. This gives guests easy access to all the main facilities.

And new for the high season, we’ve introduced a “Retreat Only” option.Ideal for those who prefer to arrange their own accommodation along Fitness Street while still being part of the full BeFitreat program.

2. “Am I Fit Enough?”

Absolutely — BeFitreat is for everyone.

We’ve partnered with Tiger Muay Thai, the most established gym and fitness facility in the area, offering an incredible range of classes suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to training or a seasoned athlete, the experienced coaches will tailor exercises to your ability and support you every step of the way.

What’s more, the BeFitreat team is there to provide ongoing encouragement and guidance, especially for those who might be new to group fitness or feeling nervous about starting their journey.

3. How Customisable Is the Training and Meal Plan?

Every BeFitreat experience is designed to be highly personalised.

If you’re joining our Body Transformation program, you’ll complete a pre-arrival nutrition form and discuss your preferences directly with your coach. Together, you’ll create a meal plan that’s aligned with your goals, tastes, and dietary needs.

When it comes to training, there’s an incredible variety of classes to explore. From strength and conditioning to Muay Thai, yoga, and recovery sessions. While Body Transformation guests follow a more structured training plan, our coaches also encourage trying new activities to keep things exciting and balanced.

Ultimately, your program is built around your “why”, helping you achieve sustainable results that match your personal goals.

5. What Happens During the Festive Period?

We’re open and it’s one of the best times to visit!

Thailand is in peak season during Christmas and New Year, and the energy is amazing. While Christmas Day features a slightly reduced class schedule, our coaches and retreat team are still on hand to keep the holiday spirit alive.

As a BeFitreat group, we also organise something special for Christmas Day, giving guests a chance to celebrate, connect, and make unforgettable memories together.
