Our hosts, Helen, Emma and Tink were super helpful, giving really good tips on the do’s and don’ts.

The gym instructors at the Tiger Gym are insane, I really enjoyed the workouts, there is such a variety of options to choose from! You definitely see and feel the results after week 1! I wish I could have stayed for longer!

My struggle with eating enough food has always been a problem, so being told what to eat, was great, and it’s really easy to go pick up your food or sit and eat your meals between training! The staff quickly learn your name and are always friendly and helpful!!!

The staff at Cocoville were also amazing. I loved my room and had a view of one of the swimming pools. You don’t need to worry about a thing, you don’t even have to worry about washing!!! It’s all done for you!

The excursions were extra special but the best part about the trip were the people you meet. Like minded, healthy, super cool people, all wanting the same thing. You will make the best memories together and you will be friends for life. I will do it again in a heart beat just to meet the amazing people I met all over again and I will be recommending it to everyone!!!!”
