When Rishi first heard about BeFitreat, he struggled to keep up with his fast-paced corporate lifestyle. He had lost his passion for art and was dealing with burnout.

Muay Thai became a true passion. He worked with trainers that pushed him to work hard while working with him to make sure he was always comfortable. 

Dave, his personal trainer, took the time to get to know him and encouraged him to keep pushing, even when it might have felt too hard. 

In his time working with training with Dave and practicing Muay Thai, Rishi learned valuable life lessons. 

He learned about perseverance and strength. Rishi picked up individualized fitness goals and nutrition habits that could last a lifetime. 

He knew that these were skills he could bring back home and use to create a more peaceful, healthy life, which is exactly what he did.
